A little about me.
I am a Physiotherapist who grew up in Harrogate, trained in Newcastle, had the joy of travelling the world for a year with my now husband, and returned to Yorkshire to start a family and launch my career as a private Physiotherapist.
I have now been qualified and working as a Physiotherapist for 13+ years. I still adore and revel in the diversity of people and how each injury or pain becomes a new puzzle for me to solve to help each person in the best way possible!
The human body is amazing and I feel very fortunate to be in a vocation which challenges me to learn every day, not just with regards to human physiology, but also how to motivate and support every individual and mindset that I meet.
I am personally an exercise and sports enthusiast. I have always loved running, and before the arrival of my youngest child was playing Basketball locally. While being a parent of 2 young kids has certainly calmed my sporting participation for now, I still strive each week to retain an exercise routine to ensure I practice what I preach with regard to self-care and movement health.
